Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. By placing an order with our custom embroidery business, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and obligations as a customer.
Custom Embroidery Policy
All items produced are made-to-order and customized according to your specifications. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
Order Customization
We provide a comprehensive customization tool to help you select your design before production. Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made, so please review your selection thoroughly. If you notice an error in your submission within 24 hours, we may still have time to correct it; reach out through our Contact form with the subject line ORDER ERROR and if we haven't started making the order we can happily correct it on our back-end system!
Care of Embroidered Items
Care must be taken with embroidered items. Items with damage due to incorrect care are not considered defective.
Washing + Heat
If the item is washable, care must be taken to prevent shrinkage. This is because embroidery does NOT shrink, leaving it loose if shrinking occurs with the garment it is on. Sadly this is not an issue with embroidery quality, rather a modern manufacturing challenge as modern clothing is normally made without pre-shrinking ,making it susceptible to shrinking in the wash. Washing gentle wash cold and not using the dryer are the best methods to prevent shrinkage.
If ironing is required, set iron to lowest setting (synthetics) and iron from the back side of fabric.
Abraisons and snags.
To best avoid abraisons and snags on embroidery, wash it apart from items with zippers and velcro. washing it in a mesh "bra bag" is an ideal technique.
Design Approval
For Fully Custom Items (Excludes templated custom items sold via website):You are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs. Production will only begin after your written approval is received. No changes can be made after approval.
Production Process
Our production process begins immediately after design approval. Each piece is crafted with precision and care to meet your specifications. Production times may vary based on order volume and complexity, but average 10 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders via reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping information will be sent to you once the order has been created and is ready to ship. For any shipping concerns, please contact us.
